Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the pso2 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.
These terms apply to all platform users, including those who browse content without a registered account. pso2 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to register for and use pso2's services. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
Account Creation & Security
To access all pso2 services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility, whether performed by you or by any other party who gains access due to your negligence.
- Use a strong and unique password for your pso2 account.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Pso2 will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel.
User Responsibilities & Prohibitions
Users agree to use the pso2 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Malaysian law. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Accessing another user's account without authorisation
- Cheating, manipulating, or exploiting the platform's systems
- Distributing malware or viruses
- Using automated scripts or bots to access the platform
- Providing false information during registration
- Attempting to circumvent security measures
- Using the platform for money laundering purposes
- Harassing other users or the support team
Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in account suspension or termination without notice, as well as legal action where warranted.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the pso2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid.
Deposits can be made via supported payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX, and local e-wallets. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
- All transactions are subject to system verification and approval.
- Pso2 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any transaction suspected of being fraudulent.
- All refund requests or transaction disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date.
- Completed transactions are final unless a technical error has been verified by pso2.
Pso2 is not liable for any losses resulting from failed transactions caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Liability Limit
Pso2 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that it will always be free from interruptions or technical errors. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, pso2 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
Pso2's total aggregate liability to any user, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to the platform in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
Pso2 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, engage in suspicious activity, or upon the user's own request. Prior to account closure, users are encouraged to settle all pending transactions and withdraw any remaining balance.
In cases of suspension due to a violation, pso2 reserves the right to hold any remaining account balance while an investigation is carried out. pso2's decision in such matters is final.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, text, graphics, and software on the pso2 platform are the property of pso2 or its respective licensors, and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any such content without prior written consent from pso2.
Third-Party Links
The pso2 platform may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. Such links do not imply that pso2 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policy of any third-party website they visit.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Pso2 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or your registered email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
